Job Guarantee
Job guarantee insurance for the UK
This is a unique service offered exclusively by EGOLI - UK , and you have the option to include it in your UK starter package if you were approved following a telephone assessment. The purpose of the job guarantee is to offer you a platform from which to start your UK experience. This service will ensure that you have a cash flow to help you find your feet quickly. This is not a head-hunting service that will ensure you employment in your preferred or chosen field. The positions placed for/offered within this service are basic positions which include the following:
- Office relocation and furniture installation
- Customer service face to face and call centre
- Sales Direct and telephone-sales
- Retail sales and customer service
- Office: administrative and reception
- Driving: light commercial and HGV
- Catering and hospitality
- Construction trades and engineering
- Warehouse and packing
- Leisure and hotel

- Your travel or visa agent refers you to us via our website. This will include your CV and photo
- You get a call from an Egoli consultant in London who will conduct a telephone interview to qualify you for job guarantee.
- The result of your application is sent to your agent.
- Your agent will then proceed to book your Jumpstart package with all the added services you requested.
When you are accepted for, and have booked Egoli Job Guarantee , you will automatically be covered by Egoli`s unique JOB GUARANTEE INSURANCE.
We guarantee the following:
- You will start working or be in training for your job within 7 working days of your registration at Egoli`s London office. We do not count the date of arrival in the UK as the first day of your Job Guarantee period. Your Job Guarantee period will start on the first working day after your face to face interview at Egoli’s London Office.
And if that DOES NOT Happen?
- We pay you £30 per day until you start work or training for your new job*.
